Sir Frank Chapman's luxury-class villa with a pool complex, on a slope with magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea and the coast, next to one of the best Spanish resorts of Marbella, from which the Golden Mile stretches to neighboring Estepona - an area of fashionable villas owned by very wealthy people. The villa is located on the territory of the closed "club-reserve" La Zagaleta, at the foot of the mountain range. In the neighborhood of Sir Frank Chapman's villa, on a mountain top, the estate of the Russian
senator from the Kamchatka Territory Valery Andreevich Ponomarev with an area
of 17,652 square meters was recently built, registered in a company
managed by his daughter Zoya.
Spanish inquisitive journalists doubt that the Ponomarevs are the owners of the palace.
