An unconventional renovation project with a budget of 18,000 euros to reclaim empty homes for people in need of housing on the island of Mallorca.
12,000 euros were used to improve energy efficiency (roof insulation and biomass cooker) and 6,000 euros to renovate the interiors of the 105 square metre house. Design and realisation by IBAVI ARQUITECTES, architect Carles Oliver
