James Bond's Villa Hits the Market
Villa Le Roc Fleuri - Sean Connery's home on the Boulevard Carnot in Nice is on the market for 33.87 million euros. Fans of James Bond films might have seen the villa in the film Never Say Never Again (1983) starring Connery. The mansion, which occupies an excellent position on the green hills of Cap de Nis, with beautiful panoramas of the French Riviera and with a wonderful view of the Old Port of Nice, has long belonged to the actor.
The Belle Epoque style villa of 1000 square meters is located on a hillside among oases of approximately 5000 square meters with beautiful, recently renovated terraces leading down to the sea, an indoor and outdoor salt water infinity pool and two independent guest villas. In the house, equipped with an elevator, six floors and eight bedrooms. In addition, there is a spa and a large gym, from the windows of which a magnificent panorama of the sea opens. A gym and a large bedroom with bathroom and dressing room are located on the lower floor. A lift and staircase lead to the lower ground floor, where the central hall opens into a large dining room with a terrace served by an adjoining kitchen with wine cellar. The indoor pool level opens out onto the garden and provides additional relaxation space with incredible views. A little lower there is a hammam, showers and a changing area.
