American supermodel Bella Hadid has put up for sale her penthouse in the fashionable SoHo district, almost in the center of Manhattan, in a building built in 1877 for $6.499 million. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo spans 2,180 square feet, plus a private 779-square-foot rooftop terrace. The six-story building's interiors evoke its industrial past with vaulted red brick ceilings, exposed ductwork and cast iron columns. The top model bought the penthouse at the end of 2019 for $6.1 million.
The central space combines the living room, home office, kitchen with professional-grade appliances and dining room with hardwood floors, modern fixtures and modular built-in shelving. The apartment features Italian built-in wardrobes, a 100-bottle glass-walled, glass-walled, temperature-controlled wine room under the steel staircase, and a Bang & Olufsen sound system throughout the home
and on the terrace.
The roof terrace is surrounded by walls of distressed wood paneling with dimmable sconces, heat lamps and planters, and the ample space includes separate dining and sitting areas that centered around a
large marble coffee table.
