Own loft in Soho by designer Todd Raymond, founder of the New York studio
Studio Todd Raymond. The apartment was previously owned by a fairly well-known
New York artist for several decades and is located in a building built in the early 20th
century. The designer and his lawyer husband had purchased the loft in a Beaux Arts
building for its grand wall of windows and intricate wrought-iron facade. Major
redevelopment and a series of original furniture solutions made it possible
to make the loft comfortable for living and receiving guests.

True to Studio Todd Raymond style, the apartment is designed predominantly in neutrals—but with touches of cinnamon, olive green, and oxblood merlot. While the apartment is mostly modern design, Todd also likes to incorporate vintage pieces in each of his projects.

Todd Raymond :

“We like to play up texture rather than color, but in this apartment specifically we really like Tom Ford clothing. My husband said, ‘Wouldn’t it be great if we had sort of the residential version of a Tom Ford showroom?’

Studio Todd Raymond's projects span New York City, the Hamptons, Florida, and California and have appeared in top publications, including Elle Decor, Interiors, Galerie, Robb Report, Modern Luxury Interiors, and Aspire Design & Home.
