'A weaving of custom walnut architectural detailing, timeless herringbone patterned wood flooring and mill work – light and calming in the primary suite, while dark and dramatic in the kitchen – strikes a luxurious balance paired alongside rich stone elements, dynamic art works, teal accents and Euro lighting selections. A lover of entertaining, our client desired a ‘showpiece’ home that could be enjoyed in the suite’s close to 360-degree immersive lake/skyline views and outdoors in the spectacular 2,000 square foot terrace, complete with dining, lounge seating, glass clad hot tube and enclosed sauna/weight room. A perfectly appointed ‘luxury in the sky’ experience.'

Blue period: A lover of entertaining, our client desired a home that was a showpiece—one that articulated both elevated design and casual comfort. A reinterpreted man cave, the den is layered and inspired denim blue and gray hues.
