Natalie Portman has put her California villa up for sale and bought a 550m2 Parisian mansion overlooking the Champ de Mars, with a garden, terrace and patio.
The architectural setting of the 7th arrondissement of Paris, located a few steps from the Eiffel Tower and nestled on the edge of the Champ-de-Mars gardens, extends over 550 square meters. The historic district of the 7th arrondissement, renowned for its green spaces, its ideal setting and its emblematic monuments, attracts travelers from around the world.
On the ground floor, past the majestic entrance, its cut stone and wrought iron staircase, we discover on the lower floors a living room and its library area, an office, a kitchen opening onto the patio as well as a fitted gym and a first bedroom with bathroom. The first floor reveals two large suites while three others occupy the second floor.
Equipped with a 25 m2 terrace with a stone balustrade, the master bedroom and its dressing room rise to the third floor. Higher up, under the glass roof of the reception room, the space embraces the treetops, with the Champs-de-Mars in the line of sight. In the basement, there is a workshop, a laundry room and a wine cellar.
Un excellent achat!
