Located in the scenic village of Carmel-by-the-Sea along California’s Monterey Peninsula, this century-old Spanish Revival-style property home, was first built in 1924. Clint Eastwood lived in the home from 1981 to 1996, which includes the time he spent as mayor of Carmel-by-the-Sea.

This private oasis is truly a special property not only because of its history but also for its exquisiteness and privacy. The warm and inviting spaces, both inside and outside, take you back in time and are reflective of Carmel’s old-world style and beauty. Its undeniable asset is its direct access to the beach.

The 4,442-square-foot home has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and a powder room across three levels. The home is crafted from Carmel stone and a clay tile roof and surrounded by native landscaping. The front of the home features a private, interior courtyard lined with tall stone walls and a fire pit, with room for al fresco dining. Inside a spacious foyer leads to a sun-drenched living room that overlooks both the ocean and interior courtyard, complete with a stone fireplace. The entire home features mahogany wood beams, cherry wood floors, plastered walls, and mahogany doors, window trims, staircases, and built-in shelving.
