Fredéric Amico:
"When I saw the flat, the previous owners were still living in it; it was very dark and filled with objects, but as soon as I stepped foot in the apartment, I saw its potential and knew immediately it was a project I wanted to take on."

Actor Fredéric Amico carried out a successful renovation of his Parisian loft in less than 5 months. The home has quite the past. Located within the gated Cité des Fusains in the 18th arrondissement, Frederick Amico's flat was once the studio and flat of the German Dadaist and Surralist artist Max Ernst. One of the main representatives of Surrealism, Dalí, and the Catalan painter and sculptor Miró also lived and worked in neighbouring houses...
